Following your enquiry, we arrange a measure to accurately measure your window or door apertures and discuss layouts and options. We bring samples if you haven’t already seen them in our showroom.
We provide you with a quotation that usually lasts many months, enough time to let you ponder your project. Small prices increases happen usually in January.
When you are ready to proceed, we will take a deposit and order your shutters! You are well on the way now. We will advise you of the lead time and give you an estimated installation date.
Your shutters arrive with us and we book in your fitting. You enjoy your new shutters and we finalise your balancing payment, You enjoy. your 10 year warranty and peace of mind.
