With a need for a wetroom and more space, we were commissioned to construct this extension to allow a wetroom. It had to house the combi boiler and be heated with traditional central heating and supplementary underfloor heating. The roofing also married in with the kitchen roof and provided extra insulation. Cap and Cove Altro flooring and a bespoke shower screen.
